Overview

Key Responsibilities • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through in-person meetings to deal closure • Sell HCM solutions to C-suite and top executive decision-makers • Develop and present compelling business cases demonstrating how Paycom improves organizational efficiency • Efficiently schedule appointments through cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person “drop-in” visits • Serve as the first point of contact for many Paycom clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Paycom products and clearly articulate client benefits • Adapt sales strategies in response to objections and rejection • Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends, product updates, and legislative changes Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications • Strong business acumen in a professional environment • Client-facing experience • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience • 1–5 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent • College internship or recent postgraduate experience considered
