Your Impact As the Corporate Finance Manager, you will immediately become the financial operating engine for Pearce’s Renewables division—owning executive-level reporting, forecasting cadence, and working-capital visibility across a fast-growing portfolio of solar, wind, EV, battery, and telecom-enabled assets. In the near term, you will take ownership of the company’s monthly close and board reporting process, weekly and monthly forecasting rhythm, and working-capital visibility, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and decision-ready financials as the business scales. Your work will directly influence cash flow, margins, investment decisions, and executive strategy. Core Responsibilities Executive Reporting & Month-End Close • Own the monthly close and executive/board reporting process, ensuring: • Accurate financials • Consistent reporting formats • Meaningful variance analysis • First-pass management commentary • In the initial phase, manage and shepherd the full deliverable, coordinating inputs and building the reporting package. CFO leadership will support final edits and narrative prior to executive and board delivery. Forecasting & Business Unit Coordination • Drive the weekly and monthly forecast cadence across the Renewables organization. • Coordinate closely with two Business Unit finance leaders to: • Gather forecasts • Validate assumptions • Consolidate financials into a unified outlook • Ensure leadership has a clear view of near-term performance, risks, and opportunities. Working Capital & Cash Visibility • Own Net Working Capital reporting, including: • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Inventory • Fleet assets • Provide leadership with clear cash-flow visibility and trend analysis to support capital and investment decisions. Cost Center & Functional Reporting • Produce monthly cost-center reporting, including: • HR • IT • Corporate and operational cost centers • Identify spend trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Financial Planning, Modeling & Strategy • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Renewables. • Build financial models and scenario analyses to support: • Margin improvement • Investment decisions • Capital deployment • Partner with executives and department heads to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes. Systems, Controls & Process Improvement • Oversee and improve NetSuite, Adaptive, and financial reporting tools to support: • Faster close cycles • Better forecasting accuracy • Scalable reporting • Continuously enhance financial controls, data integrity, and reporting automation. Executive & Board Partnership • Support preparation of CFO, Executive, and Board presentations with clear financial narratives. • Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership across Renewables and Corporate teams. Core Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). • 5–7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar. • Proven experience owning: • Month-end close • Forecasting cycles • Executive-level reporting • Working capital and cost-center analysis Financial & Technical Skills • Advanced expertise in: • Financial statements & variance analysis • Forecasting and budgeting • Cash flow and working capital management • Financial modeling & scenario analysis • Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights preferred (or comparable ERP/FP&A systems). Leadership & Business Acumen • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to turn messy operational data into clear financial insight. • Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-oriented—able to run critical finance rhythms with minimal supervision. • Comfortable partnering with CFOs, VPs, and Business Unit leaders in high-growth environments.
