Responsible for greeting patients in a professional manner, processing the patients' insurance and physician orders and scheduling appointments. Responsible for discharging patients at the completion of their visit, as well as keying charges, collecting co-payments and posting payments. Demonstrate a dedication to process improvement initiatives that result in the achievement of best practice solutions committed to the optimization of net revenues.
