Overview
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO for a fast-paced, veteran-led, and results-driven organization. Day-to-Day: • Review and align daily CEO priorities; screen email/voicemail for urgent requests • Manage complex schedules, including high-stakes meetings and travel • Oversee podcast guest booking, research, and show preparation • Coordinate CEO’s external speaking engagements, logistics, and event deliverables • Track, manage, and drive progress on critical CEO projects • Prepare daily briefings with calendar, project updates, key issues, and event reviews • Draft executive communications, maintain confidential documents, and facilitate internal/external follow-up • Actively attend meetings on behalf of the CEO; document action items and ensure follow-through • Liaise with C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making • Proactively identify issues, find solutions, and safeguard the CEO’s time • Manage and update CRM records, ensure data integrity, and monitor team KPIs • Handle sensitive and high-impact initiatives with utmost discretion • Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and special projects as assigned We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree and proven executive support experience (EA, law firm admin, paralegal, or aide-de-camp) • Strong project management and digital skills • Outstanding professionalism, integrity, accountability, and leadership ethos Why Make the Move? • Serve a meaningful mission supporting veterans • Growth path to Chief of Staff and executive leadership • Fast pace, major impact, daily learning, and a chance to work directly with visionary leaders • Perfect for professionals ready to level up: ex-aide-de-camps, top paralegals, experienced law firm ops, aspiring COOs & MBAs
